In our initial consultation session for all therapy services, our clinical psychologists help you identify the specific goals you and/or your family want to achieve. Our therapeutic work then involves collaborating with you to reach your goals as quickly as possible. We do not believe one size fits all when it comes to therapy approaches; as such, we tend to pull from various treatment approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral, interpersonal, psychodynamic, and systems therapy, in a flexible and thoughtful manner in order to help you grow into the person/family/couple you want to be. Through therapy sessions with our experienced psychologists, we will help you address specific areas of difficulty, build on strengths, change behaviors, and/or learn new skills. As therapists, we strive to be open, understanding, and non-judgmental, and we are respectful of each person’s needs, goals, and values.
