Ms. Sarah Ince is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with more than 25 years’ experience in a range of settings. As a therapist, she promotes client well-being with empathy, unconditional positive regard, a sense of humor, and respect for individual self-determination. Ms. Ince collaborates with clients to spotlight their many inherent strengths and to use those strengths to mitigate life challenges. Clients move forward to thrive with an enhanced sense of self-worth, competence, and self-efficacy.
Ms. Ince graduated with honors from Princeton University and earned her Master’s degree in Social Work at the Catholic University of America. She has worked in medical, nonprofit, school, and mental health environments, most recently as a clinical social worker with Fairfax County Public Schools (FCPS) for 6 years and the Jewish Social Service Agency (JSSA) for 10 years.
